Portion Perfection have taken the guess work out of making your working day lunch with healthy food suggestions printed on each compartment, so you know how to portion out your meals. The instruction leaflet expands on this as well as giving you some meal ideas. When you follow the guides on each compartment the volume holds the same amount as the Portion Perfection Plate.
Directions For Use
When following the guided lines on each section the volume is as follows: Women - 1 1/2 cups free vegetables, 3/4 cup protein, 3/4 cup carbohydrates. Men - 2 cups free vegetables, 1 cup protein, 1 cup carbohydrates.
Product Features
Made from high borosilicate glass these containers are safe from freezer to oven, can be used in the microwave (lid removed*) and put in the dishwasher.
Product Care Tip
It is recommended that you hand washing your Prepper lid to maintain the integrity of the silicon leakproof seal.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Diabetesshop.com only ships within Australia. We use Australia Post Parcel System for all orders weighing less than 22kg. This Standard Service is by road freight. For cartons that weigh more than 22kg, we use a network of economy road freight couriers.

We are pleased to offer a standard shipping rate of $12.95 to all destinations in Australia
EXCLUSIONS:
Orders from STO affiliates (State and Territory Organisations) and all wholesale customers.
Australia Post EXPRESS Service
Our warehouse partner does not offer this service, however most orders are dispatched and received between 2 and 5 business days.
HANDLING TIME
All orders are processed in our warehouse the same day or the next day. Cut off time for same day despatch is 8am Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 8am will be processed and despatched the next business day.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION and ORDER TRACKING

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please double check that your delivery address is correct. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses can be subject to a return-to-sender fee of $12 as well as a redelivery charge to resend your parcel.
