Returns and Refunds

Our priority is supporting you and your diabetes management. We take special care when we select products; if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction or to the manufacturer’s specifications, you can contact our customer service team for a repair, replacement or a refund.

If you have a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer care team on or 1800 177 055. Depending on the value of the goods, the fault identified or the manufacturers advice we may ask you to return the product or email a photograph. If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault or was damaged prior to delivery, a replacement product or a refund (including postage costs to return the goods), will be provided.

Please notify our customer care team within 5 days of delivery if your order has missing products, or goods are damaged or faulty.

Returns for change of mind are possible with the exception of the products listed in point 4 below. The team will provide a refund or a credit once the product has been returned, and upon inspection is unused, unopened, in saleable condition, including all original packaging. Please note refunds on any change of mind or incorrectly ordered goods does not include the original postage charge. cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on Blood Glucose Monitor, Blood Glucose Test Strips, Insulin Pen Needles or Syringes, unless the product has a manufacturing fault. offers free return postage for faulty or damaged goods, but not for change of mind returns.
