Our customers have a right to repair, refund or replacement for all goods that have a manufacturing defect as stated in Australian Consumer Law. The consumer must return the faulty product to diabetesshop.com, and pay any associated postage costs. If, after inspection, the product is found to have a manufacturing fault then all postage costs will be refunded to the consumer, along with the price paid for the product, or a replacement product as required.
Any unsatisfactory goods must be reported to the seller within 5 business days of receipt at the delivery address. After 5 business days the goods will be deemed as being in a satisfactory condition if no written communication is received by the seller from the purchaser.
Upon return of Goods, the Seller will: (a) replace/rectify the rejected goods; (b) reimburse the Purchaser for the price paid (for diabetesshop.com goods only) and any costs associated with the return of the Goods. (c) the purchaser may be required to return goods at their own cost.
diabetesshop.com will accept applications for refund due to consumer change of mind. A refund may be issued once the product has been returned and inspected. The returned product must be unused, in saleable condition, and include all original packaging in undamaged condition. The consumer is liable for the costs of return postage.
Refunds are not available for syringes, needles, pen needles, lancets, test strips, or test kits unless the product is assessed as having a manufacturing fault.
Payment must be made and approved at the time of purchase. Payment is accepted with MasterCard or Visa. Net 30 day terms are available to approved applications from certified companies providing an ACN or ABN.
Payments may take up to 2 business days to be processed.
diabetesshop.com reserves the right to cancel and refund an order prior to dispatch. Reasons for cancellation may include incorrect pricing, out of stock items, or excessive shipping costs.
Shipping to remote and rural areas may be charged at a higher rate than standard shipping at the discretion of the seller. The purchaser has the right to cancel an order if additional shipping charges need to be applied.
diabetesshop.com warrants that goods or services will conform to their description and be of good and saleable quality. Warranty procedures are governed by Australian Consumer Law.
Holders of DVA cards may be entitled to some products at Pension Cardholder’s rates. In NSW and Tasmania the DVA has agreed to pay your contribution for selected non-NDSS items (Gold Cards and White cards stating Diabetes at no cost) – please enquire on 1300 776388, or email email@example.com.
