This resource is a collaboration between Diabetes NSW & ACT and the NSW Combined Children’s Services Diabetes Dietitians group and covers food choices and healthy eating patterns for young growing and developing healthy bodies and minds living with diabetes, others that are less so, and within those food choices which contain significant amounts of carbohydrate and how they can directly affect blood glucose levels.

Australia Post EXPRESS Service
Our warehouse partner does not offer this service, however most orders are dispatched and received between 2 and 5 business days.
HANDLING TIME
All orders are processed in our warehouse the same day or the next day. Cut off time for same day despatch is 8am Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 8am will be processed and despatched the next business day.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please double check that your delivery address is correct. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses can be subject to a return-to-sender fee of $12 as well as a redelivery charge to resend your parcel.
