POW.R wrist and ankle weights can be used on either the wrist and ankle. Used similarly as other weight-workout devices such as dumbbells except users don’t have to hold onto the weight with their hands while working out. To wear wrist/ankle cuff weights, users wrap the weights around their wrist/ankle and tighten them with a Velcro strap.
The added weight to the wrist or ankle offers enhanced leverage resistance to the movement of the arms and legs, increasing the workout activity. Wrist/ankle weights can make workouts more intense, and their ease and convenience of use make them excellent tools for building muscle and strength.
They are commonly used for rehab, pilates, hydrotherapy and physiotherapy. Combine with our skipping rope to increase the intensity of your workouts.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Diabetesshop.com only ships within Australia. We use Australia Post Parcel System for all orders weighing less than 22kg. This Standard Service is by road freight. For cartons that weigh more than 22kg, we use a network of economy road freight couriers.

Australia Post EXPRESS Service
Our warehouse partner does not offer this service, however most orders are dispatched and received between 2 and 5 business days.
HANDLING TIME
All orders are processed in our warehouse the same day or the next day. Cut off time for same day despatch is 8am Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 8am will be processed and despatched the next business day.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please double check that your delivery address is correct. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses can be subject to a return-to-sender fee of $12 as well as a redelivery charge to resend your parcel.
