  2. Insert your pen needle tip into the opening, then twist clockwise to securely release the needle inside. Your fingers never come in contact with the sharp.
  3. Always remove the needle cap before disposal. Discard the plastic cap in regular trash to avoid contamination.
  4. Once the container reaches about three-quarters full, slide the opening to lock it permanently. The container is now sealed and ready for safe disposal.
