Diabetesshop.com only ship within Australia. We use Australia Post eParcel System. For cartons weighing less than 22kg, we will use eParcel as the standard service.
This Standard Service is by road freight. For cartons that weigh more than 22kg, we’ll use a network of economy road freight couriers for these shipments.
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and will depend on the delivery postcode as well as the total weight of your order.
- The vast majority of our orders fall within the standard rate of $9.95
The following type of orders fall outside our standard and VIP delivery terms:
- Orders weighing more than 1 kg
- Excessively bulky orders.
- Orders weighing more than 22KG
- Orders from STO affiliates (State and Territory Organisations) and wholesale customers.
Please double check that your delivery address is correct. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses can be subject to a return-to-sender fee of $12 as well as a redelivery charge to resend your parcel.

This service is currently not available, but will be returning in early 2021.

All orders are processed in our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Daily orders close at 3 pm Mon to Friday. If you place your order before 3 pm Mon to Friday, it will be processed by the warehouse the next business day.
Orders received after that time will be included in the following day’s order run. For example, if you place your order at 4 pm on Tuesday, it will be added to Wednesday’s order file and despatched to the courier service on Thursday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION and ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
