Winner of both the UK Outdoor Industries Product Of The Year Award and Best Accessory, the ruggedly constructed FRIO Viva Zipper Wallet is designed to carry a range different types of injector pens, insulin vials or cartridges. Like other Frio wallets it keeps insulin or other temperature sensitive medication safe for a minimum of 45 hours. Frio’s patented technology is so good that it will keep consistently cool for a minimum of 45 hours, even when the temperature is as high as 38°C, making it perfect for Australian conditions.

The Viva Zipper is so simple to use. Just soak the wallet in water for 5-10 minutes and hen wipe your Frio with a towel and leave it to air dry for 20 minutes or so. The water causes the crystals in the pack to form a gel-like substance that produces cooling through evaporation. After finishing the drying process your medication can be inserted and it will stay cool for almost 2 days When you want to use it again, then just wet it and in 30 minutes you’re ready to go again. It’s a simple solution using high tech materials to keeping meds cool no matter where you are.

Returns and Refunds

Our customers have a right to repair, refund or replacement for all goods purchased from diabetesshop.com that have a manufacturing defect. The customer must return the faulty product to diabetesshop.com, and pay any associated costs. If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault after inspection, then all postage costs will be refunded to the consumer, in addition to the price paid for the product.

Any unsatisfactory goods must be reported to the seller within 5 business days of receipt at the delivery address.

diabetesshop.com reserve the right to accept applications for refund, or exchange, due to customer change of mind. A refund, or exchange, may be issued once the product has been returned and inspected. The returned product must be unused, unopened, in saleable condition, and include all original packaging. The customer is liable for the costs of return postage. Refunds on any incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods will not include the original postage charge, refunds will only be for the price of the goods ordered.
