Hello, I need to transport Thyroid medication , which has to kept in a refrigerated state or loses the effect . I am travelling via plane and will be about 15 hours without refrigeration , will one of these bags so my needs

The iCool MediCube will keep contents stored at between 2 to 8°C for 36 hours.

Hi, I am going to be traveling to the UK & the total trip will be approximately 32 hours. I need to travel with Enbrel which is supposed to be kept at a temperature of between 2 & 8 degrees celsius. Will the Medactiv iCool keep the Enbrel cool for that period of time? Thanks, Carolyn

Hi Carolyn. Only the iCool Medicube will keep its contents cooled between 2-8 degrees Celsius, for at least 32 hours.

Are any of these packs able to hold enough insulin 5-6 weeks of travel overseas? I would need at least 4 - 5 packs of 5 vials depending on dosage. If not have you anything that would hold this much. Thanks Loowah

Hi Loowah. The iCool Medicube will comfortably fit that amount of insulin, however for the iCool Medicube to work for a period of 5-6 weeks you will need regular access to a freezer.

This says it comes with an EXTRA ice pack, so does that mean it comes with a total of 2 ice packs? If 2 ice packs are used simultaneously instead of 1, does this mean it will stay cool for 24 hours just like the Medactiv Prestige? Will this be able to fit 3 circular plastic bottles that are approximately 7 cm high and 4 cm in diameter? Thanks!

Hi. The Medactiv iCool Weekender only has a capacity of 1 ice pack at a time, however if you have the extra ice pack in a freezer then swap it with the used ice pack it will give you 24 hours of use. The Medactiv Weekender will fit bottles of the size you have specified.

Hi, do u need to be registered with diabetes nsw to purchase your product?

Hi. No, you don't need to be registered, we ship anywhere in Australia.

Hi what's the difference between this and the fridge to go? This seems like the better option caused storage is longer?

The Fridge-to-Go uses a standard ice pack, the Medactiv iCools uses a specially developed gel in their ice packs that allow them to stay cold much longer than the Fridge-to-Go bags.
