General Conditions for Diabetes Shop purchases;

1. Payments may take up to 2 business days to be processed.

2. Delivery and returns - 
  • Delivery of your goods can take up to 10 business days (please allow up to 10-15 business days in remote areas and busier seasonal periods such as Christmas), if your delivery does not arrive in this time please contact us at customerservice@diabetesshop.com or call on 1300 776 388 with your order number. 
  • Diabetes Shop products may be authorised to be returned within the Final Inspection period if in as new condition and unopened. Please contact Diabetes Shop to arrange a return if required
  • The purchaser may be required to organise and fund transport costs. 
  • No returns are offered on BGL Test Strips, Insulin Pen Needles or Syringes, unless the product is faulty. We do not offer refunds to NDSS registrants who purchase full price BGL Test Strips, Insulin Pen Needles or Syringes. 
  • Refunds on any incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods will not include the original postage charge, refunds will only be for the price of the goods ordered.

3. Price and payment – Diabetes Shop reserves the right to cancel and refund an order prior to dispatch. Discrepancies may include incorrect pricing or out of stock items.

4. Final inspection – All Goods are received, subject to Purchasers inspection, within 5 business days of receipt at the delivery address, any unsatisfactory goods must be reported to the seller within this period or are accepted as being in a satisfactory condition by the purchaser. Upon return of Goods, the Seller will:(a) replace/rectify the rejected Goods within 14 calendar days;(b) reimburse the Purchaser for the price paid (for diabetesshop.com goods only) and any costs associated with the return of the Goods.(c) Purchaser may be required to return goods at their own cost.

5. Warranties – The Seller warrants the Goods or Services will conform to their description and be of good and saleable quality. All warranties sit with the manufacturers.

6. Privacy – Diabetes Shop respects your right to privacy. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes of diabetesshop.com and for the purpose for which it is provided. It will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent. A full copy of Diabetes Shop (Diabetes NSW’s Privacy Policy) can be obtained at diabetesnsw.com.au/Privacy. All personal information is protected by the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.

7. DVA – For holders of DVA cards, you may be entitled to some products at Pension Cardholders’ rates. In NSW and Tasmania the DVA has agreed to pay your contribution for selected non-NDSS items (Gold Cards and White cards stating Diabetes at no cost) – please enquire on 1300 776 388.
